  • Credits will be issued to Jetway’s direct customers only.
  • NO credit will be given for non-warranted merchandises.
  • NO credit will be given for merchandises with physical damage.

  • Term and Condition
    The warranty period is based upon the invoice date of the original purchase from Jetway Computer Corp..

  • Our warranty services cover all products purchased directly from Jetway Computer Corp..
  • Warranty only applies to defects in material and workmanship, which occur during normal use.
  • Warranty does not apply to those products that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence or modification.
  • Warranty does not extend to any damages that occur in shipment or due to natural phenomenon such as lightening.
  • Warranty will be voided if the original serial number or warranty sticker on the product is removed by accident or intentionally.
  • Shipping Handling charge for customers in Canada is $20 (credit card Visa & Master only).
  • Shipping Handling charge for customers in Continental United States is $10.
  • Any Product located outside the Continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii DOES NOT COVER shipping fee and will be paid by customers.
  • Product purchased through auctions/online auctions/etc. will not be covered by this warranty.
  • Product must be deemed DOA by Jetway Tech Support over the phone or by email within 14 days of the invoice date in order to receive a replacement or refund.

  • Exclusions and Restrictions
    The warranty does not apply to those products that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence or modification. Warranty does not extend to any damages that occur in shipment or due to natural phenomenon such as lightening. Warranty does not apply to components design flaw. Warranty will be voided if the original serial number or warranty sticker on the product is removed by accident or intentionally. Product purchased through auctions/online auctions/etc., will not be covered by this warranty.
    THE LIMITED WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE THE ONLY WARRANTIES MADE BY JETWAY IN CONNECTION WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED BY JETWAY, NOT COMPONENTS USE IN JETWAY PRODUCTS. JETWAY CAN NOT AND DOES NOT MAKE ANY IMPLIED OR EXPRESS WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, AND DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. JETWAY’S SOLE OBLIGATION UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE TO REPAIR OR REPLACE MALFUNCTIONING OR DEFECTIVE PARTS OF THE PRODUCT. BUYER ASSUMES ALL RISK WHATSOEVER AS TO THE RESULT OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCT PURCHASED, WHETHER USED SINGULARLY OR IN COMBINATION WITH ANY OTHER PRODUCTS OR SUBSTANCES.


    Limitation of Liability
    JETWAY’S RESPONSIBILITY UNDER THIS, OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, IMPLIED OR EXPRESS, IS LIMITED TO REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR CREDIT, AS SET FORTH ABOVE. THESE REMEDIES ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JETWAY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME, GOODWILL, DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, AND ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, REPROGRAMMING, OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH A SYSTEM CONTAINING THE PRODUCT), EVEN IF JETWAY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some states (or jurisdictions) do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
    THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THATVARY BY STATE OR JURISDICTION. ANY CLAIM OR DISPUTE ARISING UNDER OR RELATING TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS AND ADJUDICATED IN ALAMEDA COUNTY, FREMONT, CALIFORNIA.


    Return Exchange Procedures:

    • Please fill out accurate and clear information on the RMA form and either fax or email rma@jetwaycomputer.com to our RMA Department. (Note: Any missing info or discrepancy will likely delay the RMA process. We do not accept items returned without a Serial Number(SN#)
    • For RMA Credit Request: Send ALL THE COMPONENTS back with the defective items. We may apply charge on any missing components.
    2. Issue RMA Number:
    • We will then issue a RMA number and inform you through fax or email. (Warning: RMA number is valid for 20 days after the date of issuance)
    3. Shipping your RMA package:
    • All customer labels, adhesives and markings on the return products MUST be removed and erased before being sent back to Jetway. (Note: If the label adhesives cover any information on the product, or the labels cause any physical destruction on the product when removed, we will consider that as physical damage and not covered in warranty.)
    • Once you receive the RMA number, you can return the merchandise to Jetway. (Warning: RMA number for credit is valid for 20 days after the date of issuance)
    • To ensure for a full credit, please include ALL accessories.
    • RMA shipments received MUST have the RMA number clearly visible on the outside package and include a copy of the RMA request form (Evaluation return also need a RMA number).
    4. Processing Your RMA:
    • Items returned with physical damage are NOT covered under the warranty. A non-refundable fee of US$30 will be charged for any diagnosis done on the merchandise with physical damage or non-warranted item. An estimate of parts and labor cost will be submitted for approval prior to repair. Some defective items will not be repaired if the damage is too extensive. The turnaround time for a repaired item will be double the normal process time.
    • For Chassis, Barebone, and Notebook, items returned with missing accessories (i.e. cables, software, AC adapters, battery, BIOS, cap, etc.) may have applied charges.
    • For Motherboard RMA Repair/Replacement: Do NOT send the accessory components back. We will return with the required manual and CD only.
    5. Ship Back Your RMA
    • Jetway will ship out replaced/repaired items under normal RMA condition within 21 working days from the date Jetway receives them (14 working days for DOA items).
    • We will ship back the replaced/repaired merchandise by UPS Ground or an equivalent service.
    • Jetway will impose handling and service charges to non-direct customers, which is stated on the RMA form.
    6. MB with Intel LGA socket must return plastic cover on CPU socket is required.

    Warning:
    The solder and other materials used in some of Jetway products may contain lead, or other chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer birth defects or other reproductive harm. Please wash your hands after contact with motherboard.
