Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound cold calls to potential customers, direct and indirect, e.g., System Integrators, OEMs.
• Develop new channel related business and deliver new product technical knowledge to customers and pursue orders.
• Responsible for existing channel account management on IPC motherboard products, organize project activities, establish timelines and deadline, forecast and monitor budget.
• Advise distributors and resellers on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional, effective business.
• Monitor inventory, negotiate price; enter and monitor orders, facilitate credit issues and negotiate returns.
• Review channel operational records and report to general manager and determine strategic plans for future plans.
• Consistently achieve lead and appointment quotas; Produce reports as necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience (PC/IPC background highly desirable) in the vertical market including: cold calling, lead qualifying, ability to negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Applicants should be familiar with Microsoft Office and work as a team player with a positive and optimistic attitude.
• Successful experience selling and supporting technology into corporate accounts.
• Need to have cold calling skills and ability to develop new sales account.
• Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures and geographies; demonstrated communication skills includes written, verbal, and presentation.
• U.S. PC/IPC industry related sales experience preferred.
• Native English speaker is a plus.

Computer Technician (Job Code: CT080612) Newark, CA

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoots, analyses and recommends application solutions and advises customers on all product related issues over the phone or email to board level.
• Provides pre-sales and post-sales technical support for all products and makes recommendations to customers regarding appropriate products to purchase for their system.
• Recommends modification of computer systems, design and/or specifications to rectify customer problems.
• Support OEMs, Distributors, Resellers, Retailers, Etailers & End Users.
• Recreate the problem with the information customers have given us and provide a solution.
• Support & guide customers in downloading of BIOS, drivers & manuals.
• Performs various other tasks and special projects as directed by manager.
• Develops training programs to provide training for sales representatives as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent from a technical school; Minimum 2 years technical support experience on board level.
• Highly skilled and proficient in PC products, PC architecture, including single board computers, CPU, BIOS, LCD interface and peripherals.
• Experience in motherboard testing, system fan/blower selection and control, and barebone assembly.
• Able to make progress in multiple tasks simultaneously and be flexible to changing requirements and priorities.
• Expert knowledge of major OS environments including but not limited to Windows & Linux
• Problem-solving skills & excellent communication and customer service skills is a must.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack finished goods to ship.
• Ship daily by UPS, FedEx or other means.
• Maintain the shipping log.
• Fill out paperwork related to finished goods shipments.
• Provide documents to required by sales and marketing and finance.
• File shipping related documents.
• Raw material receiving related duties as requested.
• Courier duties as requested.

Requirements:

• High school diploma & at least 1 year of experience with shipping & handling is preferred.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 Lbs.
• Must have a U.S. driver's license with good driving record.
• Must have a basic knowledge of commonly used concepts and procedures related to domestic and international shipping.
• Experience with coordinating and preparing shipments for sterilization a plus.
