Jetway NFS6Z-IH81 Embedded Mini-ITX Motherboard Now Available The only Mini-ITX motherboard to support Haswell Processors with a 32bit PCI expansion slot.

NEWARK, CA – August 25, 2016 – Jetway Computer Corp., a leader in embedded electronics and industrial motherboard design and manufacturing, announced the release and availability of the NFS6Z-IH81 embedded mini-ITX motherboard based on the Intel Haswell processors.

The NFS6Z-IH81 supports the 4th generation Intel Core i3, i5, i7 LGA1150 socket processors, previously known by the Intel codename Haswell. This board has a unique feature not found in any other Mini-ITX motherboard with a socket type processor, a 32bit PCI expansion slot. The PCI slot is a legacy expansion slot not natively supported on the new generation of high performance motherboards with a socketed type processors, even on Atom class boards it was obsoleted two generations ago in favor of the faster PCI Express technology. To create this unique solution, Jetway used the ITE IT8893E PCI Express to PCI bridge chip to give this board the legacy PCI expansion slot.

The NFS6Z-IH81 board is similar the Jetway NFS5Z-IH81 model, but the NFS6Z changes the expansion slot from PCIE x16 to 32bit PCI and a few other changes listed below.
